The preservation of various Iranian rituals is one of the signs of Iranians' attention to their ancient culture, which has persisted for many years despite many oppositions and obstacles. The rituals of Nowruz, Sizdeh Bedar and Chaahar-Shanbehe-Souri have remained throughout Iran's history and are celebrated every year by Iranians anywhere in the world.

These rituals, especially Nowruz, have become a symbol of Iranian culture and can play an important role in linking Iranians and recognizing Iranian culture to other nations of the world.

The article seeks to prove that cultural geography includes time in addition to location. The sphere of influence and influence of Nowruz based on The Culture of Nowruz can spread the race, language and even religion of human beings and spread umbrellas for humans in the region and the sphere of Nowruz. Nowruz can connect the countries of the cultural sphere of Nowruz and bring peace and security to the people of this region.

With the approval of the United Nations, all member states of the Organization must register March 21 as Nowruz in their official calendars and work to preserve and develop its culture and traditions. Earlier, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) had registered Nowruz celebrations on the list of spiritual and oral cultural heritage.

The registration of Nowruz as a cultural and cultural heritage by UNESCO and its recognition by the United Nations is important for the nations of the region who celebrate Nowruz, and makes this ancient ritual, which has been the cause of national unity of the people of the region throughout the ages, once again be able to play its role in the cultural link between the countries of the Nowruz region and strengthening regional convergence.

Nowruz is a ritual that today is held annually in the geographical area of the Iranian plateau, i.e. in Iran, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan and the Country of Iraq, Turkey and Syria on March 21st.  It is also prevalent in Zanzibar, Tanzania (located in East Africa,). With such a function, Nowruz has been a link between Iranian peoples and ethnicities since ancient times, and now as one of the most important elements of national culture and the region, the factor of national solidarity of the nations forming the nation as well as the cultural continuity of the neighboring nations and the border of Iran is considered and quoted by Dr. Iraj Vameghi:  Iran is there that nowruz is also .  This great rituals not only plays a great role in the identity and solidarity of today's Iranian society, but it can also be a link between all those who love and implement Nowruz outside the geographical boundaries of Iran today, because shared culture and mythical symbols play the greatest role in the solidarity of nations.

Nowruz diplomacy can be justified within the framework of cultural diplomacy, which takes into account the public opinion of countries and aims to achieve goals by influencing political culture and social groups. Cultural elements of this old ritual and traditions such as Nowruz can be influential globally because it converges in the region and preserves the share of identity, civilization, linguistic and cultural. Due to the importance and cultural role of Nowruz, it can be used as a cultural factor in line with public diplomacy and regional cooperation. Also, the element of Nowruz and cultural convergence at the international level can be used for intercultural discourse and cultural diplomacy.

Nowruz diplomacy can be associated with the economic interests of the countries in the geographical area of Nowruz.  In recent years, some countries in the region have benefited from the situation and time of Nowruz to attract tourists and thus its economic benefits, a subject that is still neglected in Iran and is not taken into consideration.Nowruz tourism can in addition to cultural exchanges between the countries in the field of Nowruz and countries that have been affected by Nowruz can also earn income.

Although Iran's cultural consultations exist and operate in different countries. However, the success rate of these cultural consultations in cultural connection and the use of Nowruz diplomacy is unclear, but it may be said that their activities are not in all cultural and civilizational areas.

Cultural commonalities are the most important component of Nowruz and can be extended to other geographical areas as well. The culture sector has an undeniable role in the international arena and foreign policy. A cinematic work or a theatre or music can expose a country's culture and art to other cultures. Nowruz cultural diplomacy is also influential in the field of foreign and international policy with a focus on lasting cultures and spiritual and inflexible cultures, and is now respected as an international culture by the international community.
