Dr. Mahdi Motaharnia in an interview with the Iranian Journal of International Relations

In an interview with the Iranian magazine International Relations, Dr. Mehdi Motaharnia, a university professor, analyst in the field of international relations and the future, introduced Joseph Biden's doctrine in the field of US foreign policy based on the adult actor paradigm.
